Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot control it completely because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
